MEETING IN LONDON. By TeleeraDh—Press Associa tion-Oopyrieto (Eec. June 29, 8.25 p.m.) London, June 29. At the Conference of the Empire Press Union, Mr. Harry Lawson, of the London "Telegraph," presiding, the report showed that substantial progress had been made during tho past year, and in' many instances useful work had been accomplished in the interests of the press. The overseas branches were asked to develop bases of organisation.
