THE BOWRON CASE.
JUNIOE PARTNER ACQUITTED, By Teleerapli—Press Association—Copyrlehl London, June 28. When the charges against the two Bowrons, of the London leather firm of that name, and their employee Knight, of defrauding Messrs. Booth Brothers, skin merchants, of ,428,670, between March and November, 1910, wero called on in Court yesterday, John Allan Bowrou, EB, senior partner in the firm, pleaded guilty on the first three counts of the indictment, charging Mm with conspiracy to defraud. He was acquitted on the other counts*. Sidney Bowron, nged 49, was acquitted on all tho counts against him. The case against Thomas Loonan Knight, GJ, wharf foreman in tho Bowron's employ, has been adjourned.
