EXTENSIVE FRAUDS IN AMERICA. By Tuleeraph—Press Association-Oopyricni New York, June 28. A smuggling scandal, said to involve ten prominent society men and women, has been unveiled. The frauds are said to have extended over a period of two years, and goods worth half a million sterling have escaped duty. The culprits' names have not been disclosed.
