FOUR HUNDRED ABOARD. By Talcsranh—PceßS Association-Copyrtelil St. Petersburg, Juno 2G. A steamer returning to Stockholm from Helsingfors was wrecked among the Finnish Skerries. Tho fate of 100 excursionists who were on board is unknown. THE PASSENGERS SAFE. (Reo. June 27, 10.10 p.m.) St. Petersburg, Juno 27. The passengers on tho Helsingfore-Stoclc-holm excursion steamer which was wrecked in tho I'innish Archipelago, have arrived hero safely.
