S.S. BENTINCIC PURCHASED. By Telesraph—Press Association—Copyright ' Sydney, June 27. Messrs. J. J. Craig and Co., of Auckland, have purchased the steamer BentiDck for the New Zealand timber trade. The Bentinck was built eight years ago at Newcastle, England. She is a steel screw vessel of 1118 tons gross, her dimensions being: Length, 229 feet; breadth, 33ft. 3in.; depth, 14ft. 7in.
