Mr. W. Kerr, S.M. (Wanganui), who sustained a broken arm ill a trap accident 011 Saturday afternoon, will probably lie incapacitated from duty for about three months. The accident (says our Wanganui correspondent) is tho more unfortunate in that, only a few months ago, Mr. Kerr recovered from a rather serious illness, brought. 011 by overwork in attending to tho heavy duties of his largo district.
