Messrs. Dalgoty tint'. Co., Ltd.. report having held their usual fortnightly stock sale yesterday. Owing to the hoistcroi-s weather experienced during the past ronnle of (lays, entries did not come up to advertised numbers. The yarding of sheen consisted ehiclly of ewes and wethers, which met with a dragging enlo under the hammer. However, we effected practically, a total clearance before the day closed. Wo fiiiotc:— Sheep: Jlixcd ages breeding ewes, Bs. 9:1. to 10s. for best stores; poorer sorts, 55., 6s. 9d. to 7s. Id.; two-tooth wethers, 10s. to 10s. 7d.; cattle, springing heifers, £7; store cows. 255. to £2 Cs. Messrs. Dalgety ni'.d Co., Ltd., report on tlioir Levin sale as fellows:—We submitted a large yarding oV sheep, but only , a small one of rattle, the In tier being passed in, not bringing owners' reserves. The Dalefiold Dairy Factory Directors havn decided lo instal live new Victor Milk Vats, and bavo instructed llr. Albert 3. l'artim, of Carterton, lo deliver them complete for August. Anyone intcrescd in milk vats, cans, or cheese hoops should write for a catalogue. Tho "Victor" makes are out on their own for duality, and fiuish. .Write now.'
