Tho Unionist leaders in both Houses of Parliament have decided that tho Unionist members of tho House of Lords shall insist on amendments excluding from the operation of tho Parliament Bill proposals involving Homo Rulo for Ireland or other Constitutional changes.
After these amendments have boon rejected in tho House of Commons, they will 1)0 rc-volod by (ho House of Lords, and tho responsibility of dealing with the deadlock thus created will bo thrown on tho Government.
