. 9 ATTITUDE OP BRITISH CABINET. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Oopyrlchl (Rec. June 22, 0.30 a.m.) London, June 21. Parliament has been adjourned till Monday. Mr. Asquith, in reply to a question whether ho would allow Liberal supporters to vote upon the Declaration of London without pressure from the party Whips, said the Government viewed tho subject as one of high policy, and, inasmuch as it approved of the Declaration after the fullest examination and consideration, it was unablo to renounce its responsibility by leaving .the matter an open question.
