ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL. RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE. A very important document wa6 treated with scant ceremony by the City Council last evening, when it adopted the estimates for the current, year. Following are (he estimated receipts and expenditure, on the general account, for 1910-11, compared with the actual receipts and expenditure for the previous year:— RECEIPTS.
