SUPREME COURT BUSINESS.
<, MOVEMENTS OF THE JUDGES. The case of Redstone v. the Silverstream Land ' Company will be resumed this morning before Mr. Justice Sim, who returned last evening from Waugnnm. Mr. Justice Chapman returned from Blenheim yesterday. He will open the Supreme Court sessions at Napier on Monday. Sir Joshua Williams, Justice, is expected to arrive from the south on Sunday morning, and will remain here orcr the sittings of the Court of Appeal, which will commence on July i). Tlic clai'ii of Arthur T. Bate and John A. Pike for ,Kl7o;i 18.=. Cd., as compensation for all loss arising out of the Inking by vhe City Council for widening Willis Street, will be heard on Friday next by Mr. Justice Sim, with Mr. G. 11. Scales and Mr. A. If. Miles, as assessors for tho plaintiffs and the City Council respectively. Tho Arbitration Court sittings will open on Tuesday next.
