(Specially written for The Dominion - .) TUESDAY. Rolled Loin of Mutton. Baked Fotatoos. Celery. Lindisfarnc Pudding. LINDI'ST'AKNE PUDDING. Ono cup of Hour, 1 cup of suet, 1 cup of marmalade or jam, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoonful of carbonate of soda. A pinch of salt. Mix these ingredients well together, first dissolving the soda in a little milk. Put them into a buttered basin, leaving room to swell, and steam 2i hours. TOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Vegetables, ljlbs. Steak. Pickled Walnuts. Leeks.
