Ceylon, India, China, .Straits Settlements, South Africa, and Continent of Europe and United Kingdom, via Naples (duo London •July 31), per Manuka, 3.50 p.m. Australian States, aleo Gilbert, Eliice, and Marshall Islands (due Sydney Juno 27), per Manuka, 3.30 p.m. (Monoy-ordors must be obtained two hours before the advertised time of closing the mails.) Mails for Australian Stales close at Bluff, per Mocroki,' thw day at 3 p.m. Mails for the Commonwealth of Australia and South Africa, via Sydney, per Maheno, close at Auckland to-day at 4.15 p.m.
Mails for Tonga, Samoa. Fiji, and Nino, per Tofua, via- Tonga,- close at Auckland on Tuesday, June 20, at 8.J5 a.m. Thursduy, June-22 (Curonatiou Day).—The Post Office will bo open in all its branches, except the Money Order Department, from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. Mails by steamer" sailing on that day will close at 9 a.m. The only dispatches by trains will be for the Wairarapa,. Manawatu. Wnnpnnui, and Tar.-.-naki district's, closing at 6.30 a.m.; Hawko's Bay district, closing at 8 a.m.; Auckland di-strict closing at 9 a.m. There will be no day clearances of the city and suburban receivers. There will not bo any deliveries through the city and suburbs by the letter-carriers, but a delivery will be made at- the Drill Shed. Maginnity Street, from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. of all correspondence which would under ordinary circumstances bo delivered by letter-carriers; also a similar delivery will bo made from the Drill Shed, Maginnity Street, on Wednesday evening, June 21, from 8.30 to 9.30 p.m.
The public delivery counters will bo open at the Chief Post Office from 8.30 to 9.30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21; also 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, June 22 (Coronation Day), for delivery of correspondence addressed to the Post Officii. The parcels counter at the Drill Shed. Maginnity Street, will bo open for delivery of parcels from 8.30 to 9.30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21; also 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. on Thursday. Juno 22. The next, best dispatch for Continent of Europe and United Kingdom will be via Naples, closing at Wellington, per Manuka, Friday, June 23, at 3.30 p.m. The next best dispatch for Canada, United States of America, and West Indies, will bo via Karotontra, Tahiti, and San Francisco closing at Wellington nor Main Trunk train, Friday, June 30, at, 10.30 a.m. All the principal mails by train and steamer close at To Aro and Courtcnay Placfl Post Offices at the ramo hours as at the Chief Post Office, with the exception that there is no latc-feo clearance.
