BIG DOCK CONSTRUCTION SCHEME. , By Telegraph—Press Associatibn-Copyriehl (Rec. June 19, 1.10 a.m.) Ottav/a, Juno 18. The Public Works Department has called tenders for tho construction of a dry dock, ship repairing yards, steamship berths, and a breakwater at St. John, New Brunswick. Tho works will probably cost ,£2,000,000.
