the Wellington Education Hoard havo been under revision for somo considerable time past, and, it is stated, will be issued shortly. In tho meantime, tho old regulations must be held to apply. "Jlarching Orders."-Tho editor of tho bchool Journal" has been informed by a competent authority that the Teachers' Court of Appeal Act does not provide for appeals from transfers. It is clear that some provision should bo made for an appeal from a transfer which menaces the professional interests of the teacher concerned.
