the Wellington Education Hoard havo been under revision for somo considerable time past, and, it is stated, will be issued shortly. In tho meantime, tho old regulations must be held to apply. It is clear that some provision should bo made for an appeal from a transfer which menaces the professional interests of the teacher concerned.
