THE CABINET GRAMAPHONE.
Tho Dresden Company has fitted up a special room upstairs for storage of records and the display of a delcctablo assortment of cabinet gramnphoncs and there patrons may at any time "uncork tho bottle" which holds tho finest music in the world. To hear Caruso sing tho big aria from "La I'avorita" (Donizelli) or, in association with Scotti, Tctrazzini, and others sing tho sextet from "Lucia di Lammermoor" is hearing grand opera music in its highest form possible outside the actual, performance itself. Mr. John Parker, one, of New Zealand's best comettists, has been installed as director of tho Gramnphono Salon, and will be glad to 'display to patrons tho glorv of his choir invisible at any time that is convenient.
