The Court took into consideration tho fact that the State had not been injured by Krueger's treachery. 0 It is understood, unofficially, thmt j ICrucger, after leaving the' German scrvico, joined llie Anglo-American Company, and communicated to it details it required before tendering for tlio supply of machinery. Ho was not accused sf treasonable intent.
