MULAI HAFID AND HIS BROTHER, By TolccraDh-Press AESociation-OoDyrient Tangier, Juno 14. General Jloinier, French Commander-in-Chief, is sending Mulni Hnfid el Zin, the young brother of the reigning Sultan who was himself proclaimed Sultan by tho rebels recently, to Fez. The Sultan Mulai Ilafid has promised his brother honourable treatment. Mulai el Zin, brother of Mulai Hand, was proclaimed at Mekiucz in April, either as Sultan or as representative of an unchoFcia Sultan. Muiai el Zin is a quiet, retiring young man of no particular capacity ot interest, After tho proclamation of Mulai Hand he was accused of desiring to cause a revolution, but, on : a safe conduct from his brother, proceeded '. to Fez, where he was promptly arrested, ; sent to Mekincz, and incarcerated in an . apartment of the Royal Palace.
