The present reservo has an area of four aorcs. It is proposed to reclaim an additional 20 acres, of which area tho council is entitled, under tho Empowering Act, to lease one fourth. > If the reclamation woro competed tho Kilbirnio Recreation Ground would have an irea of approximately 20 acres.
