AIR' KIDMAN ON THE PEOSPECTS. The reasons of their success were tjieir more perfe'et organisation, their more regular, shipping, and their Hotter preparation of moat penerallv Ihe meat was not .better than Australian meat, but the distance to London being much shorter, the bulk of the meat was chilledj not frozen, and commanded better prices.
