MR. HARKNESS RETURNS.
Mr.J. ti. Harkness (the secretary of the Xational Dairy Association of New Zealand)', returned to "Wellington by the Athenic yesterday, after a .six months' absence from the Dominion. During the time he spent in England he investigated matters concerning the dairying industry, and on the subject ho will deliver a comprehensive address on the second day (June 21) of the annual Dairy Conference at the Palmerstou North Show. In tho meantime Mr. Harkness declines to speak on these matters.
