UP-TO-DATE EQUIPMENT. By Telegraph— Prqss Association— Oopyrient Fremantle, Juno U. Engineer-Captain Clnrkson, third naval member, who when in England conducted arrangements in connection with tho establishment of a small arms factory at Lithgow, has returned to Australia. Ho states that undoubtedly the Lithgow factory will l>o the most up-to-dato and bestequipped factory in the world.
