LODGE MEETING.
The Eclipse Lodge of Good Templars held a niost enjoyable open meeting on Friday night. Bro. T. Townwmd presided. A" brother in distress was assisted by the lodge votrng-a''suni of money, which amount whs doubled by .1 member present Bro- D. Hampton was recommend-ed-for the position of-E.D:- The nicotine was in charge of Sisters Herdman and Harris. A bright programme of musical and vocal items vos rendered, and much appreciated by the largo audience present. Refreshments were ■ provided. A hearty voto of thanks was accorded to all who had in any way assisted to make the evening a pleasant one.
