JOHANNESBURG CIIT CONTRACTORS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, June 6. The Municipal Council of Johannesburg is suing D. Stewart and Company, Glasgow, and "William Beardmore and Co., shipbuilders, for ,£IOO,OOO for failing to complete the installation of an engineering electrical plant. Stewart and Co. maintain that their failure was due to the unsuitableness of the coal used. The Beardmores guaranteed Stewart and Co.'s liability to the extent of .£115,134.
