The bringing nf actions for libel was commented upon by Mr. .Tusiico Lawranee in the King's Bench Division recently. Tho statements complained of in the action had reference to tho work of a dust destructor, and his lordship, holding there was 110 case to go to (he jury, remarked: "The art of bringing an action fnr libel has attained a very high position lately, and there seem lo be some people wlio make more by bringing libel actions than they are ever likely lo make by hard work."
