Macdonald, the Supremo Court yesterday granted to tho Public Trustee probate of tho wills of tho undermentioned deceas-ed-persons:—Francis Martin Minogue, lato of Wellington, brewer; Richard Robinson, late of Wellington, formerly of Invercargill, railway employee; Mary Ann Helen Pitts, late of Dunedin, married womanj.David Reddie, late of Balclutha, labourer; Benjamin Enroth, late of New Plymouth, farmer; Charles Edward Walter Willeston, late of North Sydney, formerly of Wellington, gentleman; Andrew Lyncl, late of- New Plymouth, police constable; James Ashcroft, late of Wellington, retired civil servant; Hugh Woolcock, late of Christchurch, railway employee.
Orders to administer were also granted to tho Public Trustco in respect of the estates of the. following:—William Young, late, of Millerl'on, miner; Harry Ward, late of Levin, farmer; Alexander MiConzie, lato of South Dunedin, retired civil servant; William Honry Curiiow, late of Kaitunn. farmer (witli wiil of deceased annexed).
