FAST ON AT BELLINGER HEADS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyrieht (Rec. June G, 0.40 a.m.) Sydney, Juno 5. The steamer Rocklily, belonging to tho North-East Steam Navigation Company, grounded on tho south spit at the Bellinger River Heads. She was refloated, but then grounded on tho north spit where she is now fast. NoVug is available to shift her. ,
