CHARGES RE PRINTING-HOUSE.
A WELLINGTON CONCERN. Charges wero preferred against Denis DriscoH at (lie Magistrate's Court yesterday as follow:—That on May 13, at Wellington, lie printed a document containing a notification as to belling on hoj'.-c races; (2) printed n paper for gain without printing or writing on a copy tlio name and place of abode of his employer; (3)-kept a printing press for print', in" purposes without having delivered the notice and received the certificate as required under the Printers' and Newspapers' Registration Act; (4) (hat he printc'l a paper and omitted to append his name and place of abode. On the application of Mr. T. M. \\ilford, the hearing of the charges was adjourned until June 12.
