PLANS UPSET BY SPANISH ACTION. B7 Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrleht ~ (Rec. June 1, 11.5 p.m.) London, June 1. The Lisbon correspondent of "The Times" reports that, in consequence of the active measures taken by the Spanish Government, the anti-Republican movement, organised in Galicia, has practically collapsed. The funds were supplied by Monarchist sympathisers in Brazil and Portugal. The conspirators are now returning to Portugal.
