POPE DENOUNCES RELIGIOUS LAWS. By TekeraDh-PreES Association-Oopyritrhl Rome, May 29. A Papal Encyclical, addressed to all tho bishops in the ivorld, has been issued. It strongly denounces Portugal's measures against the Church, and describes the separation of Church and State as null and void in tho presence of the Church's inviolable rights.
