Beat the butter to a cream; beat in the sugar, flour, and eggs, and last 01 all tho lemon rind and baking poivdsr. Half fill some small round patty-pans with this, and bake two little cakes, lurn out,- and when cold hollow out a littlo of tho centre, brush the edge with white of egg, dip in coloured or white icing sugar, and fill these little cases with lemon honey. Put a spoonful of whipped cream over eßch, and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. One pint haricot beans, soaked in cold water, two rabbits, veal forcemeat, apples, sultanas, suet.
