NOTICE is hereby Riven that at u Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on the 18th day of May, 1311, the following Resolution was passed :— The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following Bylaw under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pur-nance of the powers and authorities vested in it. by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 19DS," and "The Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1905." and their amendments, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this By-law shall be "The Wellington Cily By-law No. 9 (Abattoir), 1911." 1. To regulate (he working and management of (he Wellington City Abattoir. 2.
