Dclcasse, French Ministor for Marine, has decided that in the autumn Kβ will again concentrate tho French Navy iii the Mediterranean Sen, leaving only a reserro of six battleships with nuclens crews, in the Channel, thus giring Franco command of the Mediterranean against Italy and Austria combined.
