NEW HEBRIDES HURRICANE.
;— l> : MUCH DAMAGE DONE. By Teleiraob—Pre33 Association—Copyrieht Sydney, May 25. Particulars of the recent hurricane in the New Hebrides, when ten vpssels wero blown ashore and two-white people and six natives were drowned, show that tho effects of the storms were more devastating than at first reported. The storm was general throughout tho group. Houses were unroofed and blown down at Aneityum and Tanna. It is supposed' that several other recruiting vessels besides the ten already reported have been blown ashore. . The steamer Malatia had a trying experience. She lost her deck cargo and fittings.
