4 FABMEES' POINT OF VIEW. (By Teleeraph-Prcss Association.) Auckland, May 21. At the Auckland Provincial Confcrenco of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, on the motion of the president, the following resolution was carried without dissent:— That the Dominion Conference be asked to appoint a committee to fully consider the working of tho new defeuce regulations as affecting the farming industry, and especially in regard to not camping young men from dairying districts during tho milking season.
