YOUTHFUL REVOLUTIONARIES. By Tclonranh—Press Association-Oopyrliht Brisbane, May 23. A Chinese merchant who has just returned states that the recent uprising was an attempt by two or three- thousand youths and young men to overthrow Manchu rule in the Canton provinces. They were well armed, but lacked organisation. Sinco tho uprising has been quelled there has been a great surveillaneo of queueloss persons, becauso 70 per cent of the revolutionaries were without the appendage.
