COTTON TRADE DISPUTE.

A crisis is threatened in the Lancashire cotton trade, owing to (ho weavers objecting to the employment of non-union-ists. Tha Northern Weavers' Amalgamated Association, at a meeting representing three hundred thousand operatives, resolved to support any local union striking against non-unionists, provided that 05 per cent, of the employees arc unionists.
