BIG NEW SOUTH WALES ESTATE BOUGHT. By Telegraph—Pqess Association—Copyrieht (Rec. May 23, 0.50 a.m.) Sydney, May 22. The Government has closed with Sir Samuel M'Caughey for the purchase of 70,000 acres of tho Yanco Estato at seventy shillings an acre. Sir Samuel M'Caughey is to retain a life interest in a portion of the estate, including the homestead.
