TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tub Dohimiox.) MONDAY. , Cold roast beef. Mashed potatoes. Artichokes. Treacle pudding. TREACLE PUDDING. Half-pound flour, lib. breadcrumbs, lib. suet, { teaspoon carbonate seda, 1 teaspoon "ground ginger, pinch, <alt, good half-cup full of treacle and milk, 1 egg, Jib. brown sugar. Sift flour and soda, and rub into it chopped suet; add ginger and sugar; melt treacle, have eggs well beaten; add milk and melted treacle; pour into other ingredients; mis well, if necessary add a little more milk, but not treacle. Pour into a well-greased mould, and steam for two hours. Servo with white sauco or warmed treacle. FOR TO-MORROW. Four lbs. neck of mutton. Potatoes, Carrots. Turnips. Lemons.
