While (ho works of Mrs. Henry Wood are the most popular of all books re-ad in convict primus, according to a Parliamentary paper just issued, Seolt, Dickens and Thackeray are largely in demand, and Charles Hondo's "It's Never Too La to to Mend"—a novel dealing with convict life—is -a special favourite.
