Galloway Weir, Liberal member for Ross and Cromarty in the Houso of Commons, is dead, aged 72. The late Mr. Weir was a retired manufacturer.' Ho sat for Boss and Cromarty from 1832 onwards, and was a Radical and Home Ruler. Ho was greatly interested in the Scottish crofters.'
