Mr. .1. S. Dickson (chairman of (hi!- ramvnUtoc) stated that Mr. Knyvett had laid that the trial was a fair and impartial one, and this was all the committee wanted. Mr. Dickson stated that the. case had homo good fruit in. setting up a court for the . trial of all charges against Territorials. Me added that Mr. Knyvctt's solicitor would now writo to the Department that t'i<> letter on which the charge was based was couched in insnbordinato term);, and ask- that Mr. Knyvett ho reinstated.
