Judge Carbajal, representing the Federal Government, has announced that a general armistice is probable in twentyfour hours. General Madero, the revolutionary leador, while discussing peace is preparing for war. Ho says that an attack on Chihuahua is tho next step, and Mexico City tho goal, all between falling inevitably into his hands. Tho General is hopeful for peace, and trusts that his adversaries will recognise tho futility of opposition before moro blood is shed.
