The shark got tt>, far out of the' water that his shoulder fin got over the «do of the boat, mid there he stuck for a second oi two, tilling nn the bos of the outrigger with water. Tho sculler kept his presence of mind, and held (he eculls flat on the top of the water, and thus averted a Capsize. This is tho first time sharks have been known lo molest boats oh the Brunswick, but two or three years ago a fisherman was attacked on the Clarence, and his oar bore tho teeth marks of the shark.
