WELLINGTON SHAEE MARKET. Considerable firmness was displayed yesterday by Waihis and Waihi Grand Junctions, especially the former, which changed hands up to '/Us. It was understood tnat London operators were buying, and, as the annual meeting of shareholders takes place in London, this view is probably correct. It is believed that the chairman's speech will be very optimistic, and great interest is being taken in the meeting because of the contest for the directorate.
