SYSTEMATIC TESTS. Dj Telcsrapu—Press Associatton-Oopyrlnhe-(ltec. Mny IS, 1 a.m.) Sydney, May 17. Tho Postmaster-General has decided to conduct systematic tests of the telcphonr service in view uf the deluge of eom« plaints from subscribers. An officer will devote his time to going , round and ringing up numbers on different telephones, and will report the results.
