Bidding for oattlo wan brisk, the whole entry being. disposed of under the hammer. Sheep sold ot. lMe market rates. Quotations :-Fat bullocks, £9 14s. 6d. to £10 45.; empty cows, £2 95.; weancr steers, £2 9s. Gd. to £3 35.; wernier heifers, £2 Is.; thrce-vear bullocks. £5 14s. Sheep: Forward wethers. 12s. 6d.; shorn lamb 3, 5s 4rt., 65.'4 d., to'B3. 3d.; woollv lambs, 7s'/9d.; two-tooth wethers, lis. 4d. to 12s. 2d.; two-tooth empty ewes. Bs.; cull ewes, 2s. Id.
