Ho thought, that the board should certainly consider whether it should not formulate certain .propositions for the conference Mr. I>. Robertson stood up for remits, and expressed himself verv strongly on the subject of adininistrntive waste. Eventually the beard decided that its representatives must l.v given n direction, and accordingly agreed to talk various burning questions over at the conclusion o£ the next monthly mooting.
