Barry has informed Sullivan that he will race Fogwell, anil will then bo willing to arrange a match with Arnst. Sullivan pointed out that FogrcH's articles were unsigned, and it was therefore open to Barry to arrange to row Arnst first. It will be remembered that Sullivan challenged Barry on behalf of Arnst, but without Arnst's authority.
