(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Boast shoulder mutton. Mashedpotatoes; Vegetable marrow. Baked Carrot Pudding. BAKED CARROT PUDDING. Three-quarter; ot a lb. of boiled carrots 4oz. suet. Jib. of breadcrumbs, i'b. ol raisins, Jib." currants, 3oz. of sugar, J egijs, a pinch of salt, nutmeg, milt. Wash the carrots and add them to the other ingredients; make into a stift batter with the.esss and milk, put in to a buttered pie-dish and bake for about an hour. FOR TO-MORROW. Hlb. of mutton chops, rotate Onions. Cabbage
